Please note:
Online service contracts, which can be completed by a service technician on the same day they are reported upon request, must be received by GEZE Service before 2.30 pm. In addition, our service technicians will process online notifications received from 2.30 pm on Friday through to 12.00 midnight on Sunday on the following Monday. Our service employees are also available to help you during normal working hours and on Sundays and public holidays via the GEZE 24h emergency hotline.
