Which other companies in Germany can offer secure employment - including for the future? We prove we can! This is according to the results of a national study by Focus Money.

Germany-wide job security survey by Focus Money

For the first time ever, the study covered which companies offered the most secure employment. For many people, a secure job is of paramount importance. The study covered the 5,000 companies with the most employees that are based in Germany. This study focused on three important indicators that were particularly illustrative of the strengths and weaknesses of the company, and therefore provided information on the security of jobs offered there.

The criteria on which the study is based are part of the values of our family business. We value our employees and offer them individual encouragement.

To win an award, the following three conditions had to be satisfied during the entire five-year period (2011-2015):

  • The number of employees must not have fallen in any year.
  • Annual turnover has to be higher than the associated sliding average for every single year.
  • Earnings before interest and taxes (Ebit) had to be constantly positive.

Insights on whether employees would also recommend their company were also included in the overall assessment.

Deutschland-Test has filtered out a total of 491 companies from the companies involved. This means fewer than 10% passed the test. Winners were awarded the term “Germany’s best jobs with a future”. GEZE can be found in this leading group!

This makes us extremely proud and shows that, as an employee-focused family business, we’re on the right path. Those who want to survive in our industry must know their customers extremely well in order to develop the right products. However, if employees change frequently then such knowledge is quickly lost. We’re convinced that we can grow and develop only by working together. This is why a company culture with the personal touch and long-term employee connections are very important to us.
